In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Tech Product Owner position at a Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

What you’ll do in the role: #LI-FT1 #BPTECH
- Guiding enterprise storage products through their lifecycle, from introduction to decommissioning.
- Collaborating with engineering and service operations on delivery strategies and ensure product success
- Creating and presenting client-facing product collateral, such as Roadmaps, Release Plans and Briefings
- Managing vendor contracts, relationships, and product financials
- Regular reporting on the product estate to senior management
- Facilitate customer engagement, steering and governance forums to increase customer / stakeholder satisfaction and to understand their technology strategy and business drivers
- Provide expert guidance to internal customers based on requirements, technology, and budget
- Gather intelligence on product performance and market trends
- Conduct competitive benchmarking of products and implementing insights
- Aligning new demand with key product features and strategy
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiar with enterprise storage solutions such as SAN, NAS, Tape storage, GPFS, immutable storage
- Familiar with infrastructure / platform components such as virtualization, containerization, web platforms/services & databases
- Familiar with product financials, TCO of a product and cost recovery models
- Knowledge of product management
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Kanban & DevOps
- Analytical, organized, and adept at problem-solving
- Capable of driving delivery from conception to completion, overcoming obstacles
- A strong team player with leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-discipline teams and balance far-reaching stakeholder groups with competing requirements
- Skilled in multitasking and managing concurrent delivery avenues independently
- Organized, articulate and self-motivated to excel in a demanding role
