Job Details

Beam is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team and help us scale our mission of shifting $10B from brands to high-impact nonprofits by building what loyalty would look like for today’s customers. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant individual impact as our products rapidly scale to millions of users, driving resources to nonprofits and inspiring greater social good.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivate and close new partner relationships
  • Identify and develop creative channel partnerships to access networks of like-minded brands
  • Pitch and test new verticals for expansion
  • Synthesize partner requests into potential new features, collaborating with Product and Partner Success teams to add these to our product roadmap

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years in an Account Executive role with a startup (ecommerce or SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Have a proven track record of hitting or surpassing goals
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Are analytical, tenacious, energetic, and driven by impact
  • Excel at written and in-person storytelling and extracting insights from data
  • Thrive in a fast-growing, early-stage environment and are comfortable with evolving responsibilities

Total Compensation

Total cash compensation for this role is $225,000 - $250,000 OTE per year, including base salary and performance-based bonus, plus partial 401k match and stock options.

Additional benefits include:

  • Unlimited PTO, with a minimum of two weeks required per year
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans (some fully covered), plus a $100 monthly wellness stipend
  • Twelve weeks of fully paid parental leave after six months of full-time employment

  • 1-2 annual on-sites in NYC with travel and hotel covered

You will initially report to the CEO and then to the Head of Sales.
