This role is part of Parametric's hybrid working model, which includes working in the office 3 days a week and choosing to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Principal, ITSO Enablement will own the strategy, execution, and governance of ITSO enablement, including application integration across Parametric, Investment Management technology landscape. This role has end-to-end accountability for integration outcomes supporting critical business platforms, onboarding initiatives, and modernization programs, ensuring scalable resilient, and compliant connectivity across the enterprise. This role operates with delegate decision authority for enablement standards, onboarding readiness, and integration risk acceptance.
In addition, this role serves as the primary shared services enablement partner for Parametric, owning senior-level relationships with Morgan Stanley enterprise teams that support business, including Network, Infrastructure, Risk, Cyber, Cloud and other shared service functions. The role provides a single point of coordination and escalation, enabling partnership while ensuring Parametric priorities are represented and issues are resolved at the appropriate level.
The successful candidate will operate as a senior technology partner to business, architecture, risk, and engineering landscape, driving integration standards, onboarding frameworks, and execution outcomes across multiple initiatives and teams. This role supports multiple critical platforms and onboarding programs, operating across business units and regions with direct impact to delivery timelines, resiliency, and risk posture.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the application integration strategy for Parametric, aligning integration patterns and tooling to enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and long-term modernization goals.
- Lead cross-functional delivery of complex integration initiatives, partnering with product engineering, architecture, data, security, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Serve as the senior integration point of accountability for application onboarding, data movement, and system connectivity, including TAI onboarding (technology data asset) of onboarding and large-scale platform integrations.
- Own and govern integration standards, patterns, and onboarding frameworks with accountability for delivery outcomes, security architecture, and risk posture.
- Serve as the primary enablement and relationship owner between Parametric technology teams and Morgan Stanley technology partners, ensuring effective collaboration and clear accountability.
- This role acts as the executive decision and escalation point for shared services engagement models impacting Parametric delivery, risk posture, or operational stability.
- Delegate operational coordination to team members and partners while remaining accountable for executive-level decisions, escalations, and cross-functional issue resolution
- Provide executive-level oversight for complex onboarding and transformation initiatives, proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving risks impacting delivery, resilience, or timelines
- Influence technology roadmaps and investment decisions related to integration tooling, platforms, and modernization priorities in partnership with senior leadership.
- Establish and govern operational, support, and escalation models for integrated applications to ensure stable transition to BAU.
- Serve as the senior escalation and decision point for the integration-related issues impacting business delivery or operational stability.
- Provide leadership and direction to internal resources and delivery partners, setting priorities and ensuring alignment to enterprise objectives and delivery commitments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in application integration, platform integration, or enterprise technology delivery within a complex environment.
- Demonstration experience leading large-scale integration initiatives with accountability for standards, onboarding frameworks, and cross-team delivery outcomes.
- Proficiency in integration tools and technologies such as APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in investment management, is a plus.

Salary range for the position: $115,000 - $225,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
