The mission of the Payments Senior Specialist is to ensure that payments are made timely, accurately, respecting company policies and compliance.

• Process payments daily (manual, batch, payroll, taxes, cash pooling) with compliance and deadlines.
• Provide proof of payments, research historical activities, and provide supporting documentation on request.
• Forecast payments and monthly funding of all local bank accounts (including intercompany).
• Support answers to audit queries, provide assistance and support to other teams.
• Participate to project and automation development.
• Investigate and solve issues relating to rejected or returned payments.
• Actively participate in daily huddles and weekly team meetings.

Required:

• Degree in Business and Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Accounts payable or Accounting
• Fluency in English
• Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or internal control concepts.

Preferred:

• Experience in payments/cash management
• Familiar with USGAAP
• Experience in a multinational or shared service center

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
