KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES 主要职责:

• Ensure full compliance and enforcement of all Safety, GMP, Regulatory, Product Quality, Company Policies, Government and Environmental requirements and laws. 确保完全符合并按要求执行所有安全、GMP、法规、产品质量、公司政策、政府和环境的要求和法律。

• Embody, support, deploy and enforce the company Success Factors and strategy. 体现、支持、部署并实施公司成功因素和策略。

• Develop strategy and plan for lean manufacturing implementation. 为精益生产执行制定策略和计划。

• Working with other functional leaders on building the lean culture. 与其他功能领导合作，建立精益生产文化。

• Introduce the proper tools and training on lean manufacturing. 为精益生产引进适合的工具和培训。

• Responsible for layout and facility planning. 负责布局和厂务规划。

• Responsible for plant capacity planning. Working with business unit leaders and engineering leaders on the capacity strategy. 负责工厂生产容量规划。与各业务部门领导和工程领导共同制定容量策略。

• Drive the accuracy of manufacturing base data, for example cycle time. 提高生产基本数据的精确度，例如周期时间。

• Set up the network with Stryker other sites for the collaborative learning and best practices sharing so to leverage expertise within Stryker community. 与史赛克其他分公司共同建立交流网络，用于合作学习和分享最佳实践，使专业知识技术在史赛克团体中流转学习。

REQUIRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格：

• B.S. in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 土木工程、机械工程或电气工程专业理学士。

• Black Belt certification is a plus. 优先考虑有黑带证书者。

• Master Degree desired. 优先考虑有硕士学位者。

• 5+ years manufacturing experience preferred. 5年以上制造经验者优先考虑。

• Fully understand and be able to apply, enforce, comply and meet all GMP standards and quality requirements. 充分理解，并且有能力运用、执行、遵守和满足所有GMP标准和质量要求。

• Expert on lean tools concepts, including but not limited to 5S, Visual Management, TPM, VSM, Pull system. 精通精益生产工具概念，包括但并不仅限于5S，可视化管理，TPM，VSM，拉动系统。

• EHS knowledge. EHS知识

• Understanding of Stryker and China’s EHS related policies, laws and regulations. 了解史赛克和中国EHS相关的政策、法律和法规。

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills. 出众的分析、解决问题、人际交往能力。

• Capabilities in Microsoft Power Point, Visio, Project. 熟练运用PPT、Visio、Project软件。

• Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus. 优先考虑熟练运用中英文者。
