The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Developer IV (IVR/C#) who will take customer requirements and lead the estimation, design, development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of complex applications that are secure, scalable, and robust enterprise solutions.
Day in the Life
While providing senior level full stack programming in a broad range of technologies including .Net, C#, and IVR technologies Co-op Solutions will also give you the opportunity to expand and grow your technology skills further in the application development and database development space to become a dynamic full stack developer.
Utilizes product SME knowledge to lead larger, high impact projects while mentoring all levels of developers.
In partnership with Agile team, develop appropriate requirements, scope, and estimates to produce technically innovative solutions and improvements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and adheres to Agile principles (Scrum or Kanban, as applicable) in order to lead large-scale software development projects from start to finish while meeting project goals and delivery dates.
Perform unit testing of all coding changes with the goal of providing a stable production environment
Effectively collaborate and partner with Architects to develop/review intended solutions
Build, maintain, and complete code reviews on complex applications and databases in such a way that they exceed regulatory, compliance, and best practice standards. Security is a critical design requirement and data, systems, and applications must be protected at all points of the development lifecycle.
Work with a team that is fundamentally changing the way that Co-op Solutions delivers software utilizing cutting edge cloud technologies.
Scan the external environment to search for and identify new developments or information that add value to strategy formation, innovation and / or planning and decision-making.
Implement the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience
BS in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree, or equivalent experience can be substituted for degree.
Certifications in the field are a plus, but not required
10+ years’ experience with experience with coding a combination of C# and IVR technology environments.
Proven experience developing RESTful API’s.
Advanced database development and management skills in SQL Server
Strong skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation. Understanding and awareness of business issues as they impact overall project plans
For California, Colorado and New York Applicants: In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$98,000.00 - $124,000.00Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
