The Enterprise Operations Industry 4.0 Team is currently searching for Agile professionals who can work independently supporting the Agile framework and engaging the customer, managing the project sprints, and ensuring quality deliverables.
Digital Product Life-Cycle (DPLC) is a Collins wide digital transformation initiative, integrating and deploying cutting edge capabilities in how product is developed, produced, and supported. A component of the DPLC platform is Connected Operations.
Connected Operations is an ecosystem connecting our factory set of tools that are integrated to form composable toolchains for efficient and connected build process by the Operations teams. This environment is flexible, scalable and supports compliance to corporate Policies. The Enterprise Operations Industry 4.0 team is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to steer the Connected Operations to success by navigating the complexity of delivering solutions consistently in large, cross-functional agile teams. The Product Manager delivers value by guiding the program level processes, execution and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring coordination between the teams.
What You Will do:
Owns the coordination of the Connected Operations release train backlog and scope of deliverables within the scrum teams related to Advanced Manufacturing technologies.
Coordinates between the currently established scrum team
Coordinates deliverables between the DPLC Connected Operations Product Managers for Factory Foundation, and Data
Ensures adherence to agile process methods, facilitating agile ceremonies, artifacts, and enterprise visibility on spend to value
Communicate and manage project executions with project leadership team to ensure an efficient planning and execution is occurring, breaking down barriers for scrum team
Lead project teams through proper Agile practices within the overall Collins agile transformation strategy.
Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals.
Enables the creation of the project backlog with input from the customers and architects
Facilitates PI Planning readiness by fostering a continuous exploration process which drives the vision, roadmap and backlogs through pre and post PI planning meetings
Operational responsibilities
Facilitates and tracks program level execution and PI feature delivery; resolves / escalates as needed impediments and mitigates risks
Ensure strategy and execution alignment by working with Connected Operations leadership team, Product Owners, and other Key stakeholders from the SBU
Supports the cadence and success for the PI planning, ART sync, PO Sync. Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt and Demos
Coordinate the value delivery of major features between the SBU stakeholders
Coordinates the SBU releases as applicable
Facilitates the program feature backlog grooming
Must be wiling and able to travel 15% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required
SAFe agile certification or willingness to certify
5+ years experience with manufacturing tools, processes, and data systems.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Prior Product Manager Experience
Prior Project Management Experience
Effective communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical content, product or service or solution related information to appropriate levels within the team and to leadership.
Knowledge of engineering & manufacturing data sources, integrations, and interactions.
Multi-application and cross-platform design experience is preferred.
General understanding of digital industry trends including Mobile, Cloud/SaaS, Analytics, Social, and Security/Risk Management, and Internet of Things.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
