What we are looking for:
Assist product managers to conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Identify key characteristics of user and customer groups, segmenting them for us in testing
Create wireframes, mockups, or interactive prototypes to visualise design concepts and product flows
Organise and structure content and information architecture to ensure consistency of experience, ease of navigation, and accessibility
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, pain points and opportunities
Utilise various research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability studies, card sorts and unmoderated testing
Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback on product designs
Synthesise test results and communicate findings to the team and our stakeholders
Work iteratively with product managers to create test programmes that bring the world of the user and customer into product decisions
What you can bring:
Experience working with product managers and analytics specialists to create meaningful measures for designs
Experience designing and implementing multivariate and A/B tests to evaluate design alternatives and optimise products
Experience with user interface design to enhance user experience which is consistent with design components and brand guidelines
Collaborator, you enjoy working in agile, cross-functional teams that include product managers, developers, marketing, etc.
You can communicate design concepts and research findings effectively to stakeholders
You stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
You are endlessly curious and seeking opportunities to improve product design and user experience
Ability to speak another European languages would be advantageous
Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, user testing, Confluence or similar
Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
