Engineering Manager (gn) Dynamics 365 CE / Sales Platform

Your mission is to elevate engineering excellence, drive CE platform maturity, and deliver reliable, high‑impact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide organizational and disciplinary leadership to a global engineering and consulting team.
- Build a strong CE development and consulting team and foster continuous growth.
- Establish, improve, and manage modern engineering processes across the CE platform.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Management to create solutions with real business impact.
- Participate hands-on in system design, implementation, documentation, and testing.
- Manage and coordinate external service providers, when required.
