Job Details

Tilt is looking for an Account Executive to join our team and help us scale our business by managing the sales cycle end-to-end, from inbound leads and partner referrals to software demonstrations, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage inbound leads from multiple sources including channel partners, benefit brokers, inbound demand generation, and events
  • Conduct personalized and intentional email and call follow-up for prospective customers
  • Schedule and host demonstration calls for prospective customers
  • Draft sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, coordinate with legal to manage the close (internally and externally), and interface with finance, IT, and security teams as appropriate
  • Seamlessly hand off new customers to the Implementation and Customer Success Team
  • Manage a pipeline in Hubspot, keep records up-to-date, and forecast sales
  • Serve as the internal voice for your market segment
  • Contribute to internal strategy decisions for target market, including conferences, webinars, marketing, and partnerships
  • Manage multi-year contracts and amendments as applicable

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have previous sales experience; B2B SaaS and/or startup experience is a plus
  • Demonstrate the ability to demo and close new clients using value selling methodologies
  • Have a proven track record of quota attainment of at least $750k per year
  • Bring a positive attitude and a strong desire to always be learning, making mistakes, and helping others do the same
  • Have a bias for action and are ready to jump into the work and learn along the way
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Total Compensation
