Job details
Tilt is looking for an Account Executive to join our team and help us scale our business by managing the sales cycle end-to-end, from inbound leads and partner referrals to software demonstrations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage inbound leads from multiple sources including channel partners, benefit brokers, inbound demand generation, and events
- Conduct personalized and intentional email and call follow-up for prospective customers
- Schedule and host demonstration calls for prospective customers
- Draft sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, coordinate with legal to manage the close (internally and externally), and interface with finance, IT, and security teams as appropriate
- Seamlessly hand off new customers to the Implementation and Customer Success Team
- Manage a pipeline in Hubspot, keep records up-to-date, and forecast sales
- Serve as the internal voice for your market segment
- Contribute to internal strategy decisions for target market, including conferences, webinars, marketing, and partnerships
- Manage multi-year contracts and amendments as applicable
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have previous sales experience; B2B SaaS and/or startup experience is a plus
- Demonstrate the ability to demo and close new clients using value selling methodologies
- Have a proven track record of quota attainment of at least $750k per year
- Bring a positive attitude and a strong desire to always be learning, making mistakes, and helping others do the same
- Have a bias for action and are ready to jump into the work and learn along the way
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
