Job Summary

The Inside Sales Coordinator – Level II supports the customer-facing sales force throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure. This role executes and supports selected sales and customer support activities under limited supervision, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, web forms, and phone calls; escalate complex matters to senior team members when needed.
  • Prepare budgetary quotations for straightforward jobs by gathering technical data, lead times, and customer requirements for the sales team.
  • Schedule customer visits, meetings, and events, and assist with coordination and execution.
  • Process customer orders, issue order acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notifications for standard transactions.
  • Track and communicate order status, inventory availability, and related updates to the sales team using established processes.
  • Support resolution of customer issues, including shipment concerns and after-sales support.
  • Compile routine inventory and stock reports and conduct basic, repetitive analysis where procedures are defined.
  • Actively support branch personnel in retail product sales through administrative and coordination tasks

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Diploma or engineering degree preferred (especially for internal candidates).
  • May require export control or sanctions compliance licensing, depending on role scope.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills & Experience

General (Internal & External Candidates)

  • Some relevant work experience with intermediate knowledge gained through training or on-the-job exposure.
  • Basic understanding of sales support processes, order management, and customer service operations.
  • Ability to work with standard business systems (ERP/CRM tools preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle repetitive, process-driven tasks with accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred for Internal Candidates

  • Experience in aftermarket channel management , particularly in engine parts.
  • Exposure to mechanic and retailer development within the aftermarket segment.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, aftermarket support, or related technical sales environment.

This role operates in a structured sales support environment, following established procedures while collaborating closely with sales, branch teams, and customers. The position contributes directly to customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and overall sales effectiveness.
