Skills and Competencies

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Strong skills in lead generation and sales conversations, including cold emails, cold calls, prospecting, and effectively nurturing lead
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities, handle objections, and progress deals efficiently
  • Results-driven and motivated to exceed measurable goals, with experience working under commission-based targets and KPIs
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities required to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

  • Bachelors’ degree in finance, economics or a related area is required
     

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales pipeline growth by executing targeted SDR activities, including outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
  • Conduct research to identify and prioritize key target personas; gather and organize contact information for outreach
  • Lead cold-calling campaigns to engage prospects, nurture warm leads, and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing and events, converting them into qualified opportunities
  • Partner with sales teams to develop strategies for pipeline generation and align outreach efforts with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal progression and ensure seamless communication across the sales organization
  • Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales development activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Stay adaptable and leverage a variety of sales tools to optimize your productivity and outreach efforts
