We're seeking someone to join our team as a Business Manager in EMEA Divisional Management to support EMEA Operations Leadership in day to day management of the region including governance, resource and space management, communications, culture and engagement.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Advanced Specialist position at Vice President level within the Glasgow location.

What you'll do in the role:
- Provide Support to the Glasgow Ops Leadership team
- Lead and manage the end to end governance for EMEA Early Careers programs including chairing and sponsoring forums, budget ownership for the program (e.g. London Analyst Trip), tracking KPIs, demands vs intake and mobility conversion. Liaise with HR on assessment centres, SBI training and ensuring interview coverage
- Act as Global Divisional Management Senior Automation Champion that includes identification and sponsorship of automation opportunities (admin, reporting, governance)
- Ownership of the EMEA Ops Recruitment Strategy
- Ownership of the preferred vendor governance model to include scaling and socialising the London preferred vendor model, supporting contract, coverage and capacity decisions
- Manager of the Glasgow Admin team to include coverage planning.
- Approvals for ENCs, Entitlements review
- Cover for EMEA COO in meetings as required.
- Build and manage relationships with business unit partners, other Morgan Stanley infrastructure departments, and external contact points in Client or Market organizations

- At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
