Skills and Competencies

• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong Power BI skills for dashboard creation and KPI visualization
• Exposure to multidimensional planning applications (e.g., OneStream)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Education

• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business discipline

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and align financial forecasts and long-range planning processes with business leaders
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packs including variance and financial analysis
• Communicate cohesive and concise narratives around business drivers and financial data implications to senior leadership
• Build and maintain Finance dashboards using Power BI to highlight KPIs comparing budget, forecast, and actuals
• Ensure timely, credible, and insightful reporting related to key business drivers
• Liaise with global business partners to ensure accurate management reporting and relevant commentaries
• Manage and consolidate regional information flow to support global business management
• Propose process improvements and develop new reporting solutions to increase efficiency
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned by Finance management
