Job Details
Position summary:
This position is to provide administrative support for overall business activities of Implstns BU, including overall sales related activities.
Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)
- Overall Sales team supports including but not limited to:
-Provide support to sales activities, incl. DOA/CAR/ Contract documentation, clinical demonstration support, LT/ST support and other admin works
- Create and manage Sales data, and provide report analyses in product/customer/sales status
- Provide keen supports for direct sales activities (order / billing / closing etc..) in a positive manner while improving overall internal direct sales process as a project
- Develop “order board” system for better supply visibility of Sales team through close collaboration with CS / Planning function
- Manage PO for distributor/agent discount, commission, incentive and etc.
-Support IC related works and communication such as agreement / commission / cash discount / Inventory level check-up etc
- Leadership in business operation functions across BUs
- General phone & email requests and inquiries handling.
- Other ad hoc assignments in supporting sales works
Education & special trainings:
- Bachelor's degree
Qualifications & experience:
- 6-8 Years of experience in sales admin, business operation specialist or related works preferred
-Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities and have excellent follow up skills
- English communication skill preferred
