Junior Accounting Analyst

In our company, we are looking for a Junior Accounting Analyst responsible for supporting the monthly accounting recording and control process, ensuring the proper integration of financial information. Your mission will be to post accounting entries, perform reconciliations, follow up on intercompany transactions, and contribute to compliance with internal controls and audits. This role is ideal for professionals with solid accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to global processes and technological tools.

What you will do:

• Post accounting entries such as accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Support the monthly close process, meeting established deadlines and corporate guidelines.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, analyze discrepancies, and ensure proper balance integrity.
• Follow up on intercompany transactions, verifying their correct accounting treatment.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and supporting files, ensuring compliance with internal controls and collaborating with Controllers and the Finance team to achieve accurate month-end closings.
