Job Summary:

Manages documents and prepares analyses related to assigned administrative duties and office support activities for a team, department, function leader, or

organization leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages specialty documents, correspondence and web pages, including letters, reports, emails, presentations, memos, faxes, etc.; uses appropriate tools for

required work including Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel to track, analyze, document, report data, and maintain web pages; reviews documents and

proofreads work for grammar and spelling, accuracy, consistency of terms, and completeness; ensures document text and graphics adhere to corporate and

organization guidelines and standards.

Acquires, reviews, analyzes, interprets, inputs, and formats accurate data into mainframe, intranet, spreadsheets, databases and other electronic tools.

Interfaces and communicates with internal and external customers; directs people to the appropriate resource; researches solutions and responds to email and

phone inquiries with minimal input from direct supervisor; interacts effectively with all levels of employees throughout the company.

Schedules meetings, calls, and other interactions based on the priorities of the leader and/or function; arranges travel; submits expense reports in a timely

manner.

Gathers input for budgets; tracks and updates budget forecasts; prepares reports for the department summarizing budget status.

Prepares documentation for payment of vendors, consultants, and suppliers; submits documentation and enters request for payments into accounting system;

approves transactions; responds to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.

Initiates, develops, leads, and participates in improvement processes; actively participates in self- and team audits and resulting process improvements.

Understands the structure of the organization and maintains a strong network across departments; draws on network to answer questions, solve problems, and

successfully execute responsibilities.

Demonstrates confidentiality in execution of all responsibilities.

Performs other duties as required, to get the job done.

Travel as required by the work.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Must pass typing and all related testing.

Experience:

Four year experience/education requirement accomplished through one of the following: Bachelors degree, associates degree and at least two years of relevant

experience, or at least four years of relevant experience required.

-Knowledge of /or ability to learn and grow to Expert working knowledge of our applications (WWSPS and CST).

-Knowledge of/or ability to learn and use the IAM (Identity and Access Management) application.

-Capability to follow complex instructions and process flows. Also, able to guide or explain to other complex instructions and guide users.

-Proficient in Excel and capable of learning and running reports and analysis.

-Ability to listen to customers and translate understanding into detailed issues tickets or actionable tasks for Business and Development teams.

-Manage, Prioritize and Answer Help Tickets and Current Product Support issues. Must be able to Trouble Shoot user issues within our applications analyize solutions and address or escalate.

-Work closely with Channel Teams, Key Stakeholders and Individual Users

-Setup and Maintain a complex Administration System and Tables

-Help with System Testing and working together with development and product teams.

-Knowledge of/or ability to learn and use the Jira system.

-Capability to work and interact in a true team environment.
