About the role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will lead recruiting across Zillow’s U.S. Customer Operations organization, supporting roles in Connections, Customer Experience, Customer Support, and field-based teams.
This role operates with greater ownership and complexity, balancing hiring and delivery with strategic influence. You will partner closely with business leaders to shape hiring approaches, calibrate role requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes across high-volume and programmatic hiring.
You may also flex across business areas to support evolving hiring priorities.
You Will Get To:
Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact or complex Customer Operations roles and hiring programs
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on success criteria
Drive strong hiring outcomes across speed, quality, and candidate experience
Analyze funnel performance and recruiting metrics to identify gaps and improve conversion rates
Influence hiring decisions by providing market insights, candidate context, and data-driven recommendations
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
Support or lead recruiting initiatives, including class-based hiring programs and workflow enhancements
Mentor and support junior recruiters or sourcers, sharing best practices and improving team performance
Partner cross-functionally (HR, Compensation, Operations) to ensure smooth hiring execution
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
Who you are
5+ years of recruiting experience, including supporting high-volume, customer-facing, or operational roles
Experience owning end-to-end recruiting for complex or high-impact roles
Experience supporting U.S.-based hiring or partnering with U.S. business stakeholders is preferred
Proven ability to influence hiring managers and drive alignment
Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions
Experience improving recruiting processes or leading initiatives
Ability to operate with autonomy in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience mentoring others is a plus
Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools
Must be physically based in Mexico.
