Join our Data & AI Centre of Excellence as a Solution Architect NLP, where you will play a pivotal role as the primary technical interface to our customers. Your responsibilities will span from presales to project delivery, ensuring professional and trusted relationships are maintained with our clientele. Leveraging your expertise and guidance, customers can rely on the fulfilment of their needs and rapid resolution of impediments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support international sales team in acquiring GenAI and data platform projects.
• Conduct presales activities, leading technical discussions with customers to identify their needs, and crafting and presenting technical proposals.
• Conceptualize GenAI solutions and data platform solutions, designing solution architectures to meet customer requirements.
• Lead large customer engagements on GenAI and platform projects in close alignment with our Head of Delivery.
• Identify opportunities to develop IP on our internal GenAI document processing platform and drive innovation within the company.
• Provide constructive feedback to less experienced colleagues and ensure implementation of best practices.
