Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related security/compliance features.
- Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform tenant configuration, migration, and integration with existing systems.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for M365 adoption and governance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after implementation.
- Deliver training and documentation to end-users and administrators.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.
