Job Summary

Under general supervision, the role utilizes statistical analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and validated planning parameters to translate demand plans into actionable supply and inventory plans & Export logistics skills. The position ensures alignment between demand and supply, optimizes inventory levels, and supports overall supply chain stability while meeting end-customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supply & Demand Planning

  • Analyze supply and demand trends and identify risks and opportunities over a 12-month horizon.
  • Disaggregate demand plans and align supply and inventory plans accordingly.
  • Monitor demand and inventory signals to identify abnormalities and take corrective actions.
  • Execute approved forecast adjustments to ensure alignment with aggregate demand plans.

Inventory & Materials Management

  • Optimize inventory levels using analytics and planning tools while considering operational constraints.
  • Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to ensure the right part is delivered at the right time, quantity, and location.
  • Perform regular checks and updates on planning parameters (min/max levels, reorder points, etc.).

Planning Systems & KPI Management

  • Utilize materials planning systems as the primary tool for managing supply and demand plans.
  • Run simulations to assess the impact of planning parameter changes on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and interpret materials KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Logistics KPI's & Invoice related skills-Import/Export

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and logistics to ensure alignment.
  • Support data gathering and analysis through research and reporting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to quality, safety, and process optimization.

Health, Safety & Quality

  • Comply with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Follow standard work processes and quality guidelines.
  • Report any safety incidents, hazards, or non-compliance.

General Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of supply, demand, and inventory plans.
  • Maintain flexibility to support additional business requirements as needed.
  • Complete training and development activities aligned with business and career goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional certifications or licensing may be required in compliance with export control or regulatory standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complexity and interpret large data sets
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Global perspective with the ability to understand supply chain interdependencies
  • Proficiency in materials planning systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Import & export logistic co-ordination

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Requires relevant work experience with intermediate-level knowledge gained through training or on-the-job exposure.
