  • Drive consistent execution, strong governance, and clear escalation across regulatory and strategic initiatives
  • Provide end‑to‑end project management for cross‑team and cross‑functional initiatives impacting RWAs and capital across Market and Credit Risk
  • Own and manage the global Risk Capital project calendar, covering quarterly, annual, and ad hoc regulatory and management deliverables
  • Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing across initiatives
  • Serve as a key coordinator for the Risk Capital technology modernization agenda, including AI initiatives, from prioritization through delivery and ongoing monitoring
  • Partner with Risk Capital teams to identify data, model, tool, and process enhancement opportunities, supporting alignment with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate preparation of quarterly Risk Capital management presentations, including planning timelines, gathering inputs, and ensuring quality and consistency of materials
  • Establish and run working groups and governance forums, including agenda setting, action tracking, and issue escalation
  • Maintain centralized inventories and trackers covering regulatory deliverables, models, tools, EUCs, and supporting documentation
  • Support headcount planning, hiring, resourcing, and budget management in partnership with COO and Finance teams
  • Contribute to broader COO activities such as annual objectives setting, management committee tracking, and preparation for quarterly and annual reviews
  • Lead a small team of risk professionals as part of the broader Risk Capital team

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics and Mathematics
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in project, program, or portfolio management within Risk, Finance, or a related control function
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across geographies and functions in a regulated environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort interacting with senior management
  • Experience supporting regulatory or risk‑related deliverables is an advantage; familiarity with capital, RWA, or regulatory frameworks is beneficial but not required
  • A proactive, structured, and delivery‑focused mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
