In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

 Deliver high-quality skilled work by using the right tools, equipment, and techniques to meet manufacturing standards with minimal supervision.

 Maximize equipment reliability by performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve uptime.

 Strengthen safety on the floor by following HSE protocols, using PPE, and proactively identifying and addressing hazards.

 Improve product quality by adhering to specifications, conducting inspections, and ensuring all work meets craftsmanship standards.

 Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, solving problems, and contributing ideas to enhance processes and material flow.

 Enhance operational efficiency by accurately documenting maintenance activities and providing feedback to improve preventive maintenance systems.

 Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff to resolve issues, share knowledge, and meet production goals.

 Maintain a clean and organized workspace while staying flexible to take on additional tasks that support overall business success.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: 

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. 

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 

Experience: 

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Info:  

Welding position, or willing to be trained as a welder.  Some weld experience needed.
