The RoleJoin Stryker’s Joint Replacement business and take ownership of the Sydney, NSW territory. You’ll drive growth across public and private hospitals, build strong surgeon partnerships, and be a trusted, credible presence in theatre supporting hip and knee replacement procedures.
This role suits a commercially driven Territory Manager who thrives on accountability, territory ownership, and delivering results in a competitive market.
What You’ll DoDeliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
Build long‑term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
Provide expert, reliable in‑theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures
Grow usage across an implant‑led portfolio
Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team
Required
3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a strong track record
Commercial mindset with end‑to‑end territory ownership
Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
Resilience, accountability, and drive to win
Preferred
Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences experience
Knowledge of Australia’s public and private hospital systems
Confidence working in operating theatres
