We’re seeking someone to join our team as an FP&A Model Specialist with Phyton .

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources. This is a position within our Financial Planning & Analysis Job Family which is responsible for the firm’s budget, forecast, internal management reporting and financial analysis to provide insight into the firm’s current and expected financial performance, as well as expense allocation.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Contribute to the development of an internal web application for model monitoring.

  • Design, enhance, and implement revenue forecasting models, with a particular focus on the transition toward machine learning–based approaches.

  • Collaborate closely on a daily basis with the Corporate FP&A teams in Budapest and New York.

  • Partner with the second line of defense (Model Risk Management) in model approval and governance discussions.

  • Work closely with Technology teams and help drive the development of production-grade solutions.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • An MSc or higher degree in mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, computer science, informatics, or another quantitative discipline.

  • Strong programming skills in Python; experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Flask, Scala is an advantage. 

  • Solid mathematical and statistical foundations.

  • Experience working on a trading desk is a plus.

  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both business users and technology partners.
