As a Senior Consultant for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end Microsoft Cloud and Security solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with clients to assess, design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security solutions aligned with best practices, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Solution Design

• Lead workshops and assessments to understand customer needs across Microsoft 365 (M365) and Microsoft Security stack.
• Design modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 E5, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Architect and deploy Microsoft security solutions including:
1. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, and Office 365
2. Microsoft Purview for Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention
3. Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM/SOAR use cases
4. Entra Permissions Management, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance

Implementation & Delivery

• Implement Microsoft security best practices across M365 workloads.
• Configure and deploy Intune for Endpoint Management (MEM).
• Deploy compliance, threat protection, and identity solutions for enterprise and hybrid environments.
• Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations, security posture reviews, and Zero Trust implementations.

Customer Engagement

• Act as trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning Microsoft solutions with business strategy.
• Deliver technical documentation, runbooks, and client presentations.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
