- Handling customer complaint.
- Control supplier quality (Material/ OS FGs): work with supplier about quality issue and monitor until closing.
- Weekly audit on shopfloor.
- Monitor and analyze data: NCR, customer complaint, audit finding to take improvement actions.
- Prepare and respond to quality audits from outside.
- Prepare weekly reports on quality status both in-house and customer complaint.
- Other tasks will be assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Graduated from college or higher.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the QA/QC department or having worked in a production environment.
- Have at least 1 year of experience and have managed a QC team of about 10-15 people.
- Problem solving skills, conflict management, logical thinking and effective communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft software (Excel, Power Point, Word), basic functions in Excel (if, ifs, sumif, sumifs, vlookup, pivot table, etc.).
- Can read and understand English documents related to error standards.
