Location: Role based in Amsterdam (Hybrid)
Travel Percentage: up to 50%
We are looking for a motivated and engaged Product Manager to join our Extremities team in Northern Europe.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing Extremities Europe and support the implementation of localized Marketing strategies that align with our central Marketing direction.
Working closely with Senior Product Managers, Marketing Associates, Brand Managers, and Business Unit Managers (BUMs), you will contribute to product launches, market insights, customer engagement activities, and commercial support. Your work will help drive business growth and ensure the continued success of our Foot & Ankle portfolio in Northern Europe.
What you will do:
Support regional Marketing strategy execution in alignment with central European Marketing vision.
Contribute to the annual Marketing plan and assist with product launches.
Conduct market and competitor analysis and share insights with stakeholders.
Track product and business performance metrics to identify opportunities.
Participate in regional congresses and support event planning.
Collaborate with sales teams and join selected customer visits.
Support local medical education activities and adapt global marketing materials.
Build strong product knowledge and assist with sales training.
Coordinate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure product availability.
Partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to internal communications.
What are we looking for?
Required:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field).
4+ years of professional experience, ideally including significant exposure to Product Management.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with financial acumen.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working effectively in a matrix organization and influencing without direct authority.
Fluency in English.
Regular international travel required (~50%).
Preferred:
Advanced degree – Master or MBA – is a plus.
2+ years in medical device or marketing/sales preferred.
Demonstrated success in product launches, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional projects.
Implant and/or Orthopaedic experience.
Additional European languages are an advantage.
