Finance Accountant

The role contributes directly to the financial stability and operational efficiency of the company. As an Accountant, you will support key accounting processes, ensure accuracy in financial documentation, and help maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
The role:
Manage primary documentation and settlements with customers, including communication and control of original documents.
Prepare invoices, service acceptance acts, reconciliation statements, and upload documents to FREDO.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including VAT accounting and issuing/registration of tax invoices and adjustment calculations.
Prepare monthly and quarterly AR reports and support month-end closing (accruals, consolidation, processing Excel files).
Handle documentation for non-resident customers and record payments in Client-Bank; post bank statements in BAF.
Monitor receipt of original documents and prepare adjustment calculations related to credit notes from non-residents.
