What You Will DoAs the go‑to technical expert for your region, you will:
- Repair, service, and test Stryker’s electronic and mechanical devices to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
- Deliver preventive maintenance, calibrations, and annual checks on equipment in hospitals and clinical settings.
- Install systems and complete hardware and software upgrades at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to clinicians.
- Manage your own schedule and regional travel with autonomy while meeting service commitments.
- Partner with Customer Service to keep workflows smooth and customer expectations met.
- Document all service activities accurately for compliance and full traceability.
- Support internal teams and customers with technical advice and training.
- Action recalls, field safety notices, and regulatory‑driven field actions in collaboration with quality teams.
- Identify and escalate insights on product performance and customer needs to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medical Electronics, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Software, Medical Physics, or a related technical field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong hands‑on technical capability and troubleshooting ability.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or trade experience.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
