We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Transaction Manager to oversee and lead complex real estate lease transactions across the Americas, managing internal teams and third-party partners while representing Morgan Stanley's interests throughout the transaction lifecycle.

What you'll do in the role:
- Lead and manage lease transactions throughout the full life cycle
- Oversee the Americas transaction management team and third-party brokers
- Partner with Portfolio Managers to convert transaction pipelines into executed deals
- Represent Morgan Stanley's interests in negotiations, RFPs, and approvals
- Manage internal approval processes and cross-functional coordination
- Serve as lead transaction manager on large-scale and complex leases
What you'll bring to the role:
- 15+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience
- Strong financial modeling understanding and analytical skills (NPV, IRR, P&L)
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience managing teams and third-party service providers (incl contract KPIs, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, complex corporate environment
