Role Profile:

We are seeking Senior M365 Engineer to join the Office 365 squads to support the delivery of M365 Copilot in the coming months. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic planning. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in one or more areas across the M365 platform including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online along with knowledge of M365 Copilot, Purview Information Protection, and Compliance tools. Experience with Copilot integration, particularly Copilot extensibility through Connectors and Agents, is highly valuable. Strategic thinking, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global team are essential

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Manage Core M365 Services: Apply foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services to support and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams,  and Office ProPlus.

  • Copilot Feature Integration: Configure and support Copilot integration (Connectors and Agents) features across Microsoft 365 applications, leveraging a working understanding of Gen AI concepts or develop expertise in this area.

  • Security & Compliance Support: Support Microsoft Purview capabilities such as sensitivity labels and compliance features or develop expertise in this area. Ensure that Copilot usage complies with our internal data protection and governance standards.

  • Automation & Scripting: Use PowerShell or other scripting tools for automation for automation, troubleshooting, and reporting across the M365 environment.

  • Stay up to date with evolving M365 and Copilot capabilities and help translate new features into implementation strategies.

  • Collaborate with teams to solve problems, communicate clearly, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of IT experience delivering solutions within Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, with hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Office ProPlus.

  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, or willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including Sensitivity Labels, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Compliance features or a strong interest in building expertise in these areas.

  • Knowledge of Copilot extensibility (Connectors, APIs, Actions, Agents) using tools such as Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agents Toolkit is advantageous.

  • Awareness of Generative AI tools, with an understanding of data protection and governance considerations in AI-enabled environments.

  • Awareness of AI governance frameworks, risk monitoring, and compliance best practices.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently or in team settings
