DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented CAL Inbound & Outbound Logistics Manager to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins’ business in Ladson, SC.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
Preferred Experience in knowledge of freight documentation (BOLs, packing slips, ASN, etc.), coordinating with Procurement, Inventory Control, or Planning teams, and in Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience
Additional Details:
- Hands-on experience in a shipping and receiving function within a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of purchase orders (POs), including matching, verification, discrepancies, and documentation
- Experience using Oracle (or similar ERP system) for receiving, shipping confirmations, and transaction processing
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound logistics processes, including carrier coordination, documentation, and scheduling
- Ability to accurately receive, inspect, and ship materials while maintaining system and physical inventory accuracy
- Experience using WMS, ERP, or scanning systems to complete shipping and receiving transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Ability to operate forklifts or other powered industrial equipment or ability to obtain certification within 180 days of hire
