Job Details

What you will do

  • Ensure communication with PA team and Marketing/Events

  • Maintain understanding of relevant regulations and laws, including MedTech Code

  • Collaborate in process improvement projects

  • Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated.

  • Regular meetings with the Manager and PA Team to ensure workload is even and capacity used effectively.

  • CNF Consultant Profile creation in the compliance tool for Southern EU PA - All Divisions

  • Collaboration for HCP Contract Process in creating the Contract Form for all SE contracts all Divisions

  • Faculty Service invoices paying process and vendors creations management working with the SE PA Team, Invoicing Team for all consultants all divisions Southern Europe

  • Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities

What you need

Education

Essential:

  • College equivalent qualifications

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s Degree desired but not essential

Experience

Essential:

  • New graduate or 1-2 years relevant experience

Desirable

  • Fluent and skilled in local language as well as Spanish and English

  • Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company

  • Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance

  • Sound excel knowledge

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
