Job Details
What you will do:
This role works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure measurement and test equipment are accurate, compliant, and performing within defined tolerances.
You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards while supporting reliable product and process performance across the organization.
- Perform calibration, verification, and adjustment of measurement and test equipment (mechanical, electrical, dimensional, pressure, temperature, etc.).
- •Maintain calibration schedules to ensure all equipment is calibrated on time and in compliance with applicable standards.
- •Document calibration results, generate certificates, and maintain accurate calibration and asset records.
- •Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and initiate appropriate corrective actions and reports.
- •Support and maintain the site calibration program, including coordination of new equipment requirements with asset owners and engineers.
- •Ensure equipment is properly labeled with calibration status and remove nonconforming equipment from service.
- •Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you need:
- •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in calibration, metrology, or quality engineering within a regulated industry.
- •Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
- •Working knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 17025, MDSAP, and 21 CFR 820.
- •Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
