The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $163,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work You'll Do

- Assist in the secure integration and implementation of GenAI tools and processes within sales and proposal development teams, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and federal regulations through diligent execution and documentation.
- Provide subject matter support to enhance proposal quality by applying GenAI capabilities for content creation, storyboarding, and review processes, collaborating closely with proposal teams and experts.
- Coordinate with business, compliance, IT, and leadership stakeholders to support the adoption of GenAI solutions, ensuring open communication, status tracking, and capturing stakeholder feedback.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of onboarding, training sessions, and change management activities that promote the smooth adoption of GenAI-driven tools and methods among end users.
- Support the identification and tracking of key metrics to monitor solution effectiveness; collect and analyze feedback to suggest opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist in identifying potential risks related to technology adoption and ensure activities adhere to federal acquisition rules, internal policies, and security standards, escalating issues as necessary.
- Share insights, best practices, and emerging trends in GenAI with peers and proposal teams to encourage a culture of continued learning and innovation.
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and curating content libraries, helping to ensure materials are current, accessible, and optimized for proposal development and GenAI initiatives

Qualifications
Required:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in business, operations, consulting, or a related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to support research, content development, or knowledge synthesis activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience supporting onboarding and adoption of new technology or AI solutions, including helping develop enablement resources and providing direct user support.
- 1+ years of experience with enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint; experience supporting virtual demos, training sessions, or live user enablement forums.
- 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, TEAMS, etc.)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Experience in proposal development, such as supporting, writing, or coordinating content for large or complex proposals (especially in a consulting, government, or regulated environment).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities with cross-functional stakeholder groups (e.g., business, legal, compliance, technology, vendors) to facilitate secure, compliant solution adoption.
- Experience organizing and structuring information for presentations, training materials, or knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with proven ability to clearly synthesize and present complex information to audiences at different levels, including technical peers and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting government or public sector clients (federal, state, or local), with an understanding of public sector compliance, procurement, and proposal processes.
- Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks, such as an understanding of responsible AI practices, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations for technology adoption (experience applying is a plus, not required).
- Experience using or enabling GenAI tools specifically for proposal automation, content generation, or knowledge management in large or complex organizations.
