We’re seeking someone to join our Enterprise Technology team as a Senior Scrum Master, in Enterprise Network Services with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Project Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development preferable on Infrastructure environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. He will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, identifying process improvements, and ensuring the right Agile practices are applied based on project/squad needs. Experience in infrastructure or network-related projects is a plus.

This is Director position that manages administrative tasks related to technology infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth operations and support for the organization's technology needs.

What you’ll do in the role:
- Act as scrum master for multiple Agile teams within the fleet, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog prioritization and timely follow-ups.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and hybrid methodologies as necessary.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, network operations and other stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency.
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth execution of sprints.
- Monitor team performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations proactively.
- Ensure that a clear, correct, prioritized backlog is maintained and estimated by the team and Product Owner.
- Closely work with team members and SMEs to drive end-to-end network activity within scope of the fleet, covering technical and non-technical functionalities across multiple stakeholders
What you’ll bring to the role:
- At least 6+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
- Senior scrum master with 6+ years of experience
- Scrum master for 2-3 small teams and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Should be from a network infra domain and familiarity with network monitoring tools and network operations.
- Experience in software development projects
- Strong Project Management experience
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Service Now,
- Microsoft Project Planner
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Good to Have:
- Experience in Infrastructure or Network-Related projects.
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification."
