You will be part of a specialized Microsoft Infrastructure team where stability, security, and technological evolution are top priorities. You will contribute to the administration of hybrid environments (On-Premise + Cloud), supporting the transformation and strengthening of the organization’s technology architecture.

How a day to day would look like in this role:

• Administer and optimize Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
• Manage Active Directory: GPOs, replication, sites and services, DNS/DHCP, auditing, and access control.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid environments using Azure AD Connect.
• Implement security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, system hardening).
• Perform monitoring, backup, recovery, and automation tasks using PowerShell.
