At SoftwareOne, we are looking for an Associate – Support Analyst to deliver high-quality on-site support to our users, ensuring effective solutions to their technical needs while maintaining outstanding customer service.

How a day to day would look like in this role:

• Provide quality service and timely solutions to user requests.

• Lead and resolve incidents and requests across operational areas.

• Escalate sophisticated or critical situations according to defined channels.

• Support for identity and access management tasks in Microsoft Entra ID. Management of users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
• Assignment of roles and licenses in Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365.
