At Stryker, this role sits at the center of strategic manufacturing decisions that shape where and how our products are made globally. As a fixed-term position for 2 years, you will influence high-impact choices—such as site selection and product transfers—by turning complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership. It’s an exciting opportunity to combine program leadership, financial analysis, and global collaboration in a highly visible role.
- Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Develop and own integrated program plans, including work breakdown structures, detailed schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Conduct manufacturing and market analyses to compare production scenarios across countries, including cost, savings, and operational impact.
- Build financial and operational models to evaluate scenarios such as product transfers to Puerto Rico, supporting data-driven executive decisions.
- Partner closely with manufacturing, finance, engineering, marketing, and product transfer teams across all five Puerto Rico business divisions.
- Prepare clear recommendations and executive-ready materials to support the Senior Director of Manufacturing in strategic decision-making.
- Manage stakeholders globally by planning and executing structured communication and engagement strategies.
- Monitor program performance against milestones, costs, and risks, escalating issues and driving corrective actions as needed.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing program schedules and budgets.
Preferred:
- Advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent).
- Experience in manufacturing or operations-focused roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization or analytics tools such as Power BI.
