We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Director in Legal and Compliance division 
 

In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm’s management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Director level position within LCD Data and Analytics. The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Department forms the second line of defense for management of the firm's non-financial risks, which include Financial Crimes, market manipulation or abuse and Operational risk.

What you'll do in the role:

  • A highly analytical and detail oriented techno-functional professional specializing in data analysis and reporting via visualization in an enterprise non financial risk management function/department

  • Adept at transforming raw data into actionable insights via excel or data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI. Experienced in SharePoint Online governance and familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity

  • Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities with a proven track record of delivering accurate and user friendly analytical solutions

  • Adept at data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.

  • Support decision making by delivering actionable analytics and help enable non financial risk management

  • Excel Automation & VBA Development

  • Design, write, debug, and optimize VBA macros to automate repetitive reporting workflows.

  • Enable risk management related reviews by building reusable templates that help execute recurring processes

  • Business Intelligence & Visualization

  • Create visually compelling dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.

  • Use DAX, calculated fields, data modelling, and performance tuning to enhance dashboard efficiency.

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, visualization needs, and reporting enhancements.

  • SharePoint Online Administration

  • Manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permission models, and content structure.

  • Integrate SharePoint with Excel, and other reporting solutions as required.

  • AI & Microsoft Copilot Utilization

  • Use Microsoft Copilot across Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint to accelerate analysis, documentation, and reporting.

  • Assist team members in adopting AI driven productivity best practices.

  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

  • Manage expectations, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong relationships with business partners.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • At least 5+ years of experience is required for this role:

  • Excel: Advanced formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot, PivotTables

  • Automation: VBA, Macros, debugging & optimization

  • Visualization: Tableau, Power BI (DAX, modelling)

  • SharePoint Online: Permissions, lists/libraries, governance, integration

  • AI Tools: Microsoft Copilot for analysis, documentation, and automation

  • Other: data quality, data validation, reporting automation

  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Effective stakeholder and expectation management

  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency

  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
