  • Leverage data across disparate sources/formats to create and maintain innovative data solutions and workflows (including quality checks, documentation/lineage, and repeatable production routines) - prioritizing automation, reliability, and scalability across platforms
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to mentor junior team members and leverage offshore team effectively for improved productivity and output

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership for high-visibility deliverables, with an uncompromising commitment to data accuracy, analytical rigor, and meticulous attention to detail—consistently delivering high-quality insights, sometimes under tight timelines
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on data analytics skills (ability to manipulate large datasets, validate results, and defend assumptions)
  • Experience working across modern data platforms and analytics tools; familiarity with environments including Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, and Tableau strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including producing executive-ready decks that can be used with minimal editing
