Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision.
We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in (Kapolei, HI).

• Assist customers, technicians, and internal teams in identifying and securing parts and supplies
• Support parts counter operations including walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and order processing
• Handle transactions including cash, check, and credit card payments
• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing needs in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize systems, catalogs, and resources to source parts efficiently
• Support inventory management including stocking, shipping/receiving, and warehouse organization
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to support repair quotes and parts availability
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional parts and services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts and warehouse environment
• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures
RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of parts, inventory, or warehouse operations
• Ability to use computer systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail in order accuracy and inventory control
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, sales, and other departments
• Understanding of order lifecycle, customer support processes, and inventory control methods
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Regular work hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Assist over‑the‑counter customers with parts inquiries and orders
- Support the service team by assisting with repair quotes and providing parts to technicians
- Partner with service and sales teams to ensure alignment and timely support
- Assist in the warehouse with stocking, organizing inventory, and processing deliveries
- Help maintain inventory accuracy, organization, and proper storage
- Identify opportunities to improve parts flow and storage layout
- Provide coverage for parts counter or warehouse functions as needed
- Assist with delivering parts to customers, as required
- Support internal logistics during periods of high volume or staffing gaps
- Manage core tracking, returns, and warranty parts staging
- Support special orders and capital part requests
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding shortages, delays, or issues
- Assist with inventory reporting, including accuracy, turnover, and aging
- Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality
- Support other branches or departments during peak demand, absences, or special projects
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and may include options such as 401(k), health insurance, and other personal and professional benefits.
