Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to senior offices, managing office logistics, guest access, supplies, workspace maintenance, and equipment functionality.
  • Plan and support both in-person and virtual engagements, including meeting setup and audio/visual coordination.
  • Draft, review, and route executive-level correspondence, memos, white papers, and official documents in compliance with policies and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations through detailed research and coordination.
  • Monitor and manage internal and external tasks using tracking systems; track information requests, visitor access, and parking in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain and update SOPs, document transition activities, and support onboarding/offboarding processes for personnel.
  • Implement internal controls to identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks; maintain preventive, detective, and corrective control frameworks.
  • Support audit responses and inquiries through data gathering, corrective action drafting, and resolution tracking.
  • Maintain and coordinate updates to web content to ensure timely, accurate, and relevant information.
  • Manage knowledge transfer during staff transitions and support documentation continuity.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Secret Clearance Required
  • 2+ years' experience with CATMS (Correspondence and Task Management System) for correspondence and task management
  • 2+ years' experience in providing policy support to include:
    • Drafting and formatting staff policy packages
    • Working with FOIA processes and SOP maintenance
    • Implementing internal controls and supporting audits

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
