Job Description

  • Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data from various data lakes or qualitative methods.
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points supporting various departments.
  • Design insightful and compelling summary reporting and dashboards for management and other departments using BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Palantir).
  • Design and implement data collection systems, data analytics processes, and data quality assurance measures to ensure accurate and reliable data that align with business structures, commercial models, KPIs, and market definitions to effectively support various business purposes.
  • Experience building dashboards using data visualization software (Power BI, Palantir), including using advanced functionality (e.g., data blending).
  • Partner with operational leadership to shepherd and drive new innovative, successful metrics. Provide day to day support in compiling, transforming, and visualizing data and delivering timely and accurate analysis of the company via data-driven solutions.
  • Experience processing, analyzing, and interpreting data sets to make business recommendations and decisions.
  • Analyze project metrics and creates reports on process performance against project initiatives and goals to support the businesses objectives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design scalable reports and dashboards in support of strategic business needs. Drive decision-making and prioritization for business through analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, to identify and prioritize data analytics needs.
  • Supports the In Field Team Excellence and Winning with Data capabilities of the affiliate.
  • Act as a strategic planning partner to the brands, providing data, insights, and intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Both English and local language skills on communicative level are a must, including good presentation/ storytelling skills 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related area. Internships and co-op programs may count towards experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis (SQL or other DB tools) and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI or others (Palantir, Tableau optional).
  • Familiarity with database management and business intelligence software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to interpret complex data sets and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of key business processes, with capability to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
