Key Responsibilities:
Verifies the final quality of products on the production line. Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects. Separates products that do not meet the desired technical specification, using basic and/or complex measurement techniques and equipment. Documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems. Trains others in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming product and documentation. Follows the norms and standards of quality defined by the Company.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Job Specific Responsibilities:-
- Attend customer/GOEM complaints promptly and carry out the primary investigation at the site.
- Identify the issue, take immediate containment actions, and ensure problems are resolved at the GOEM/customer end.
- Communicate investigation findings and corrective actions to the respective Cummins plant, concerned departments, SQE, and suppliers for closure
- Perform proactive checks at GOEM locations related to plant processes, supplier‑related concerns, and BIS inputs.
- Share insights, observations, and potential risk areas with relevant stakeholders in a timely and structured manner
- Conduct compliance audits for DG set dispatches to end customers, ensuring adherence to all required quality and documentation standards.
- Maintain audit reports and records with full traceability for future reference or escalations.
- Monitor engine revalidation data for shipped engines and highlight any deviations or unusual trends.
- Support engineering and plant teams on proto fitment activities, new project builds, and technical evaluations.
- Actively participate in campaign activities at GOEM, ensuring correct execution, documentation, and closure of each campaign.
- Provide on‑ground support to ensure minimal disruption to customer operations
