In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

  • Ensure every shipment is received accurately by carefully inspecting incoming goods for damage and matching them against invoices, preventing costly errors from entering the system.
  • Keep the warehouse efficient by sorting, labeling, and organizing inventory in a way that maximizes space and makes items easy to locate and retrieve.
  • Support smooth operations by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders so customers receive the right products on time.
  • Contribute to a safer workplace by following HSE procedures, using proper protective equipment, and immediately reporting hazards or incidents.
  • Protect product quality by performing consistent checks, identifying discrepancies early, and isolating any non-conforming materials before they affect customers.
  • Maintain productivity by meeting cycle times and using warehouse systems and equipment correctly to keep workflow steady and reliable.
  • Strengthen team performance by communicating clearly, supporting coworkers, and collaborating with maintenance or support staff when issues arise.
  • Drive continuous improvement by keeping your work area clean, participating in training, and suggesting ways to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

 Make sound, timely decisions on the floor, especially when handling discrepancies, damaged goods, or process issues.

 Stay consistent and reliable in your performance, meeting targets and maintaining productivity even during busy or challenging shifts.

 Take ownership of your responsibilities by following through on tasks and holding yourself accountable to high standards.

 Continuously improve your skills by learning new systems, processes, and best practices in warehouse operations.

 Use warehouse tools and systems effectively to manage inventory, track shipments, and meet operational metrics.

 Respect and value different perspectives, contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment where everyone can do their best work.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: 

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. 

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 

Experience: 

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.  

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Info:  

Prefer applicants with prior PIV experience of 2-5 years with forklifts, tuggers and/ or electric pallet jacks, but we are willing to train the right individual. Also, helpful, Microsoft office knowledge and use of scan guns to move parts from various locations internally, but not required. Please see Brian Ludlum or Brent Johnson with any questions.
