Join the Services Engineering team within Operations & Infrastructure (O&I), where you’ll support the fulfilment of service requests across Visa’s applications, infrastructure and SCE platforms, while also contributing to innovative AI-led initiatives.

This team plays a vital role in delivering services from SCE’s standard catalogue, which includes application, infrastructure and platform-related requests. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to work on complex application support investigation, streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks (TOIL), and support migration activities and continuously improve the reliability and operability of business-critical systems.

The Services Engineering team plays a key role in enabling scalable, efficient and reliable service delivery across the organisation.

By supporting both production applications and SCE platforms, and by contributing to AI-driven solutions, you’ll help reduce operational overhead, prevent recurring issues, and enhance the overall service experience for internal and external stakeholders. Your work directly supports Visa’s commitment to innovation, reliability, and excellence in financial services.

· Ability to work effectively with developers, product teams, and infrastructure partners to resolve application‑level issues

· Curiosity about automation, scripting, and reliability practices to reduce manual operational effort (prior experience is beneficial but not required)

· Enthusiasm to grow within a Site Reliability Engineering role, with increasing focus on cloud infrastructure, automation, and reliability practices, while remaining closely aligned to application support and production operations

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
