Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist (MX) to join our team. This position will play a key role in ensuring the accurate execution and control of payroll processes in Mexico, as well as coordinating with international vendors.

You will be responsible for payroll validation, reconciliation, and analysis, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy in every payroll cycle.

What a typical day looks like in this role:

• Manage Mexico’s biweekly payroll (outsourced).
• Coordinate monthly payroll with vendors for Trinidad & Tobago (7 HC) and Jamaica (5 HC).
• Collect and validate payroll inputs (overtime, deductions, leaves of absence).
• Manage IMSS and government platforms.
• Review and validate termination settlements.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, analyze variances, and monitor deviations.
• Interact and negotiate with vendors.
• Utilize HRIS systems (SAP, Workday, or similar).
